TERMS & CONDITIONS
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
· 30-minute initial phone consultation to assess requirements and suitability
· 60-minute initial assessment and introductory session (Phone)
· 50-minute weekly sessions based on assessment (Zoom or in person)
· At times, in-between session homework
· Suggestions for accessing further resources
· A non-judgmental, genuine and safe space
· Interactive, collaborative, and holistic relational therapy approach
FEES
£35 for 50 min session
£55 for couples
Payments to be made 48 hours prior to session.
Payments can be made by Bank transfer. I will let you know details after initial assessment and agreed time for session.
APPOINTMENT POLICIES
Some people keep the same appointment time every week or every two weeks. Others vary appointment times because of caring responsibilities/shift patterns etc. In this situation 2/3 appointments may be made in advance to ensure continuity
CANCELLATION POLICY
I require 24 hours cancellation notice otherwise payment will be required for the missed session
